The miraculous Holy Water & tradition with the dragon
From the courtyard of the church, going down the slope from the western part, we encounter a small cave in the rocks, which goes under the church.
This cave was the site of ascetic saint and is directly linked to a miracle, which celebrated Saint Myron.
One day, the tradition says, a lion came to the village from the northern part and the residents were frustrated and scared.
Agios Myronas was ordained bishop at that time and was absent from the village .A time but that Saint had visited the hometown of the dragon Do it again displaying. It happened one Sunday morning while the Saint was working in the church of Christ the Savior, which exists until today.
Saint without fear reassured the believers and sent his deacon in the Episcopal the bar to order the beast in the name of Christ, to stay in the place where he was.
